2. Data processed
- email, account name, character name, and other information provided during registration and use of AstAge;
- IP address, browser, device, session, gameplay, errors, and security events;
- account, character, in-game action, CoL purchase, payment status, and support request data;
- analytics and cookie data when the user consents to their use for statistics and service improvement.
3. Processing purposes
Personal data is processed to register accounts, verify email, provide game access, protect accounts, credit CoL, process payments and refunds, support users, prevent fraud, comply with law, and improve AstAge.
4. Processing operations
The operator may collect, record, organize, accumulate, store, correct, use, transfer to payment and technical partners, anonymize, restrict, delete, and destroy personal data by automated and non-automated means.
5. Consent period
Consent remains valid from registration until withdrawal, account deletion, or fulfillment of the processing purposes, unless longer retention is required by law, contract, tax or accounting duties, or dispute resolution.
6. Withdrawal
The user may withdraw consent by emailing hello@astage.ru. AstAge will stop processing except where Russian law permits or requires it. Withdrawal may limit account and paid features that cannot operate without the data.
7. Registration confirmation
Selecting the separate registration checkbox means the user freely and knowingly consents to data processing under this document and the Privacy policy.
