1. What can be purchased
AstAge sells the digital product Coin of Luck (CoL). One unit costs 2 ₽. The final order amount depends on the selected CoL quantity and is shown before payment.
2. Payment method
Payment is accepted by bank card and any other methods offered by the acquiring bank or payment partner in Russian rubles. The Alternative method processes digital-goods payments through the bot in Telegram Stars (XTR). The Stars amount and rate are shown before confirmation; the current rate is 1 Star per 1 CoL.
3. Security
Bank card details are entered on a secure payment page. AstAge does not receive or store the full card number, CVC/CVV, or other card credentials. The bank may use 3-D Secure or another confirmation method. Stars payments are confirmed in Telegram; AstAge stores the order and payment identifiers, Stars amount, and operation status to credit CoL and prevent duplicate rewards.
4. Digital delivery
Coin of Luck is delivered electronically by crediting the AstAge account. There is no physical delivery, and delivery costs 0 rubles. The service is not limited to specific regions; internet access and a registered account are required.
5. Crediting
CoL is credited after successful payment confirmation. If it has not arrived within 15 minutes, email hello@astage.ru with the account email, amount, and approximate payment time.
6. Licensing
Providing access to the AstAge browser game and selling Coin of Luck (CoL) do not require a separate license for this type of activity. If the service changes and a permit becomes necessary, license information will be published before those services are sold.
7. Refunds
Refunds follow the Refunds and payment cancellation policy. Approved refunds use the original payment method unless the payment partner requires a different process.
