1. Product format
AstAge sells the digital product Coin of Luck (CoL). It has no physical medium and is used only inside an AstAge account for premium services, in-game items, cosmetics, and other digital services.
2. Delivery method and timing
Delivery is electronic: after successful payment, Coin of Luck is credited to the user's AstAge account. This is normally immediate but can take up to 15 minutes.
3. Delivery cost
There is no separate delivery fee. Digital delivery costs 0 rubles. The user pays for the selected CoL amount at 2 ₽ per CoL or at the Telegram Stars rate shown before payment for the Alternative method; the current rate is 1 Star per 1 CoL.
4. Service coverage
The service is provided remotely through https://astage.ru. Receiving the product requires internet access, a registered AstAge account, and the ability to pay in Russian rubles through a payment partner or in Telegram Stars.

6. Licensing

7. If CoL is not credited
If CoL does not appear within 15 minutes after a successful payment, email hello@astage.ru with the account email, amount, CoL quantity, approximate payment time, and payment or order ID if available.
